Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship throughout all of the US and all US Territories.

How long does shipping take?

Our goal is to get all packages mailed out in 2-3 business days. We have no control over the postal service time frame of delivery. Holiday's may effect delivery times.

How do I track my order?

All orders will be associated with a tracking number which will either be email, texted to you or both.

Returns

How do I return an item?

Due to the nature of our items. Food/drinks/tea's are not returnable unless damaged through transit. You have 14 days for returns from the time of delivery. If you have any questions, please reach out by email deathbyteallc@gmail.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

How long does it take to process my return?

Processing a return is done after the initial communication and proof of damage. Once we process the return, depending on your bank, it may take up to 3-5 business days to process.

Can I exchange for a different item?

We will be happy to exchange your items with a product of equal value.

Brew Time?

Each tea has different brewing time. You can find that information on the tea page. Select your tea and you will find brew time, tea spoon amount and temperature.

Health Issues?

If pregnant/nursing or have any medical health issues. Please consult with your doctor prior to consumption!

How to prepare your tea?

To prepare any of our teas or herbal teas, the dose is 1-2 tsp per 6-8oz cup. Pour hot water on the leaves and let it infuse for the amount of time indicated on the package.
